Rio De Janeiro - Fun, Sun And Dance, What More Can You Ask For

Life is too short not to take a well deserved vacation. And, if you are one of the lucky ones, you could fly off to a wonderful exotic location and bake yourself silly in the sun. It is a dream of millions and quite rightly so. We work hard for your money.

Only once you set foot on foreign ground, does it actually sink in that you are on vacation and the office with all it's back stabbing and political genres can wait for a few weeks. You need to urgently unwind soak up this new culture you have just arrived in.

The smells and sounds of this new city is exuberant and makes you feel a bit dizzy. You know the beach is calling out your name and you just can't get to it fast enough. You are going to meet and greet new people who will present new opportunities and ideas to you all day long. Thank goodness you had a brazilian wax done just before you left home, otherwise it would have been awkward explaining what you wanted in a foreign language.

The time is near for the festivities to start and you can hardly contain yourself. The music is intoxicating and the dancers are mesmerizing, yes we are talking about Rio de Janeiro and it's famous carnival. Here the perfect bodies will dazzle you as they are shown off with outlandish costumes and ear to ear smiles. It is a time for endless fun on the beach and to try out her culinary delights in her many restaurants.

But because you woke up feeling a bit under the weather, you need to apply some holistic therapy to your day. You need to be quiet and meditate so that your body can realign itself spiritually. You also need to do your yoga exercises to get rid of the stiffness in your back and knees, caused by a cramped seat on the airplane. Thank goodness your hotel has a wellness spa where you can relax in a mud bath with a good uplifting book about supplementing medicines.

Rio - as it is called, has so many wonderful sights to see that you need to take an organized day trip to orientate yourself first. The city is busy and pulsating with traffic and pedestrians. The sun is hot and many people walk around with shorts and a t-shirt. The beaches are where it's at and there you will find well built bodies of all ages, sizes and shapes.

Today Rio has a cold spell which is sometimes quite acceptable as it kind of slows you down and makes you relax a bit more. The arctic wind blows in freezing winds but no worry for you, as you found a two beautiful home space heaters in your hotel room. It works marvelously as it warms up the room just enough to make it feel cozy. You curl up with a book you bought about supplementing medicines and before you know it you drift off into a dreamy sleep.
