How to make your own body creams and lotions
Why make your own body creams and lotions, when large variety to choose from on the market? Because when you make your own, you know exactly what happens in the product, and can choose exactly the ingredients and flavors to meet their individual needs.
You need some basic supplies to start making your own creams and body lotions, but these are very easy available. You also need some basic tools you should have composed specifically for their prescriptions, and a good supply of bottles and jars enough. You can ask your friends to save their old bottles and jars of cosmetics for you too, shelter or thrift stores for containers.
Basic Utensils: Pyrex bowls or mixing glass, wooden spatulas, small funnels, measuring spoons. Bamix hand mixer type is also useful for mixing recipes, but a wooden spoon or whisk rotary manual will do.
The basic ingredients: cream sorbolene, baby oil, vitamin E capsules (containing oil), distilled water or pure spring water, witch hazel, fine oatmeal for exfoliation, essential oils favorite fragrances such as rose, mint, lavender, and neroli, moisturizer and an oil such as almond or jojoba.
Rose honey simple cleaning and Cream: For a quarter cup of cream sorbolene, add a tablespoon of honey (heated the liquid state), a few drops of rose essential oil, a tablespoon of almond or jojoba oil, and the contents of 4-5 capsules of vitamin E oil, broken open and squeezed into the mix. Beat well and put in a pretty bottle. Use the cream all over his body. Honey protect and soothe the skin, and vitamin E helps with scars and marks birth.
Peppermint Foot Lotion Refreshing: To half a cup of plain baby oil without adding a few drops concentrated mint oil, a tablespoon of oil virgin olive oil and almonds and stir well. Citrus Scrub flour oat: Add solid oatmeal soaked, finely grated skin of a lemon and a few drops of orange oil in a cup of cream and beat well sorbolene. Its use as an exfoliant and brush before a shower.
Refrigerator citrus skin and Spritzer: Combine equal parts witch hazel and spring water (half a cup each) with a tablespoon of orange flower water and a few drops of lemon oil. Refrigerate in a spray bottle and use to cool and refresh the skin in the days hot. You can also use peppermint oil for a refreshing mint scent trap is particularly effective for cooling the feet.
