European Massage (Swedish): Your therapist will use gliding strokes with varying degrees of pressure, to relieve tension, improve circulation, lower heart rate and relax the body & mind.

Deep Tissue: An intense massage that targets the body’s deepest layer of muscle tissue, relieving knots and spasms with short strokes and great pressure. Recommended for those who are physically active or enjoy a more vigorous massage treatment.

Aromatherapy Massage: A Therapeutic massage featuring aromatherapy combines the nurturing and relaxing powers of touch with the dynamic sense of smell. Each essential oil blend offered for your customized aroma massage has invigorating, detoxifying or relaxing properties.
